LumiSeoul Return & Refund Policy

At LumiSeoul, we want you to love every product you purchase. If for any reason, you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Skincare and makeup are hygiene-sensitive, so we can NOT accept returns on opened or partially used items. 
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team through our website with your order number and reason for return. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned items and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, we'll happily send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. 

Note

  • For Hygiene reasons, used skincare or makeup products cannot be returned! 
  • Change of mind is not accepted for refunds or returns.
